90秒的表白，100分的熱愛(ài)！上海外語(yǔ)頻道ICS誠(chéng)邀中外青少年們用90秒英語(yǔ)短視頻，一起說(shuō)出“愛(ài)上海的理由”，展現(xiàn)與新時(shí)代同向同行、共同前進(jìn)的新生代新氣象。這個(gè)故事，從一份特別的來(lái)稿開(kāi)始。16歲視障少年陳哲宇用一封以盲文寫(xiě)就的英文稿、陽(yáng)光向上的生活態(tài)度打動(dòng)了中外評(píng)審團(tuán)的每一個(gè)人。我們決定去認(rèn)識(shí)他，深挖這個(gè)“有夢(mèng)就會(huì)有光”的故事。

陳哲宇自述：

這個(gè)盲文啊，它是從右往左寫(xiě)，但是讀的時(shí)候呢，是這樣翻過(guò)來(lái)，從左往右讀的——“我叫陳哲宇?！?

我叫陳哲宇，今年16歲，我是“不靠譜”樂(lè)隊(duì)的一名鼓手，同時(shí)，我也是美愛(ài)融合人聲樂(lè)團(tuán)的一名成員?！安豢孔V”是因?yàn)槲覀冞@支樂(lè)隊(duì)呢，都是由視障者組成的（絕大多數(shù)）。

他們或是低視力，或者就是像我這樣的全盲，就看不見(jiàn)譜子嘛，所以就起名“不靠譜”。不是人不靠譜，人還是很靠譜的。

我一出生就看不見(jiàn)了，把我領(lǐng)進(jìn)獨(dú)立出行這扇門(mén)的人，是我們“不靠譜”樂(lè)隊(duì)的隊(duì)長(zhǎng)韓星辰。起初是他帶著我，走各種各樣的路，讓我熟悉地圖，包括去排練的那些路。

（我）肯定是還比他差一點(diǎn)，但是總體來(lái)說(shuō)，還是比之前好了很多的?，F(xiàn)在也會(huì)自己打的，偶爾也會(huì)坐坐地鐵什么的。出道了！

非常喜歡上海這座城市，我就是長(zhǎng)在上海嘛！上海是一座非常包容開(kāi)放的城市，也有很多好心人會(huì)幫助我。大家在一起交流各自的愛(ài)上海的理由，我覺(jué)得還是非常有意義的一件事情。

我很幸運(yùn)！上海可以擁抱我們的“不同”，讓我能夠追逐音樂(lè)夢(mèng)想。我無(wú)法親眼看看這精彩的世界，但被愛(ài)與祝福圍繞，我的心是暖的。

Iam Chen Zheyu, 16 years old. I am the drummer of the band, as well as a member of the“May I Integration” Acapella Choir. The band is called "Bu Kao Pu"/"No-Score-Needed", as themost of its members are visually impaired.

They are either partially or completely visually impaired, like me. We are unable to see thescore. That’s why we named the band "Bu Kao Pu", which literally means "No-Score-Needed".The name isn’t suggesting that the band members are unreliable. We are quite reliable indeed.

Ihave never once seen the world since I was born. The person who walked me out the doorto embark on the journey of independent travel is the leader of the band, Han Xingchen.

At the beginning, he would take me to walk all kinds of roads and get familiar with the maps.This includes the roads that led to the location of our rehearsals. I am not as proficient as heis, that’s for sure. But I am far better than before. I can take a taxi on my own or the subwayoccasionally. Getting on track like a pro!

Igenuinely adore the city of Shanghai. Not only because I was born and raised here, but alsobecause it is a city that encompasses inclusiveness and openness. There are also many kindpeople here who would offer their help to me generously. I believe that it is a very meaningfulthing to bring everyone together and exchange their reasons for loving Shanghai.
